Beat the Heat
Employers are required to train, provide water, shade, and develop a plan for outdoor AND indoor workers when working in the heat

Employers must take steps to protect outdoor workers from heat illness with water, rest, shade and training. Heat illness prevention training is required for all outdoor AND indoor workers and a written prevention plan must be available at all worksites.
